Unprecedented times have given the world an opportunity to think more creatively about technology than ever before. How do we educate students who aren’t in the same classroom? How do we learn when we are miles apart?

The theme of HackYU 2021 is technology and education. We want hackers to explore how to improve education and learning through an innovative engineering lens. The prompt is open-ended; we want teams to think outside of the box and improve on existing technologies or come up with a project from scratch.
